- Plan Ahead: Reach out early with your event queries to prevent last-minute issues.
- Support Staffing: We monitor our inboxes Mon from 6 am EDT until 8 PM EDT and periodic check-ins on weekends. There is always a phone line for technical support that will ring an agent 24/7 for any ticket selling emergencies.

- In-App Chat: Get instant help or access articles in the app's bottom-left widget. An available agent may be busy with a call or other responsibilities, but we will try to respond as soon as possible.
- Email: Contact tickets@evvnt.com. Expect that it can take several hours for an agent to review your message and respond.
- Phone/Text: Call or text us via +1-855-708-1078 for immediate assistance. Our team is available by phone 7 days a week from 6 am - 9 pm EDT. If we do not connect immediately then please leave a message describing your issue so we can prioritize our response.
- Emergency Support: For after-hours technical problems, dial our main number and follow the "out of office" instructions. If your call isn't picked up immediately, leave a message with your details and issue.
In cases where a dedicated agent may be useful in keeping your event running smoothly, please reach out in advance for details about your event size and scope and how we might help.
