Too much text on a ticket causes printing errors for tickets

When the custom e-ticket design includes more than 12 lines of text the printed tickets may have text that prints over the qr code, causing issues scanning tickets. It is recommended that you limit your text to no more than 10 lines when customizing your ticket.
