Add a custom message to your confirmation emails and tickets
Ticket buyers will get a confirmation email immediately after they purchase tickets. You can add text and links to this email by using the "Custom Email Confirmation" option. This is a good way to get more info to users immediately after they purchase tickets.
You can also add text and images on tickets! This is another great way to provide additional information to ticket holders in a place where they will be looking before they attend the event. Purchased tickets are available immediately via the confirmation email, but the tickets are also emailed again 5 days before the event, making tickets a good way to communicate with ticket holders just before the event.

QR code posters to sell tickets on site
Speed up your entry line! Print and post a QR code of your ticket sales page at your event's entry point, and anyone in line to buy tickets can do so on their phone in just a few clicks. By the time they get to the front of the line they will have their ticket on their phone ready to be checked in.
Ask questions of your attendees
You can ask custom questions when ticket buyers are purchasing tickets. This is called a "Registration Form" and can help you know your audience, ask them about specific needs at the event, or poll them on how they heard about your event. Whatever you ask, the information will be available in a report for easy access all in one spot.
