You can download attendee emails for any specific event OR you can download all customer emails based on their date of purchase.
Download attendee data from a specific event
- Locate Your Event:
- Go to your events list.
- For upcoming events, they will appear directly. For past events, change the filter from "Upcoming" to "All" at the top of the events list.
- Access Event Details:
- Click on the desired event to open its details.
- Look for the "Event Reports" box and choose your report:
- Locate and click on the "Customer Manifest" for attendee details, or browse though other reports to see other options for attendee data.
- Download the Data:
- Click on the cloud icon within the report to download the data as a .CSV file.
Clicking on any report available in the "Event Reports" section will display the data you need, and the .CSV download option makes it easy to manage and analyze the data offline. This functionality ensures you have quick access to attendee information which can be crucial for post-event follow-ups or marketing analysis.
Download attendee data across all events
- Navigate to Reports:
- Access the "Reports" section and find the "Customer & Donor Information" option where the Customer Summary report is located.
- Select Data Scope:
- Choose a specific event or specify a date range to see customer information. For date ranges, the system will display data for customers who made purchases within that period.
- Download the Report:
- Click the cloud icon to download the data as a .CSV file.
