To manage orders with multiple tickets, ensure your gate staff is aware of the following process:
- When a person presents a QR code from any ticket in the order, the gate staff can scan it.
- If the ticket has already been scanned, the staff can view the entire order with one click.
- From the order view, staff can see all tickets and check in any that haven't been redeemed yet.
