Issue:
When you set up a reminder email for multiple events in a recurring series, the email may not send as expected. For example, if you select all events in a series and schedule the email to go out "3 days prior to event starts," the email will send for every event date 3 days before the first date in the series rather than 3 days before each event.
Cause:
The system uses the earliest event date to schedule the email, sending it to everyone based on that date.
Solution:
Set up separate reminder emails for each event date.
