The default designs for PDF e-tickets, standard "rip" tickets, and email confirmations will be applied to your event when it is created. You may choose to customize any of these designs on an event by event basis. Both options are found when you expand the "Show Advanced Settings" section.
Edit E-Ticket Design
While viewing the Advanced Settings, scroll down and expand the E-Ticket Design option.
Select the Customize the Design option to open the customization options for the E-Ticket. You may then upload a logo for the E-Ticket, add an intro line, write a description, or toggle on additional fields to display on the ticket.
Additionally, there are two Ad Spots where you can upload additional images or graphics.
For best results, ad logos should be designed at 150dpi and 530 x 370 pixels to ensure that the pdf ticket remains on a single page.
Click the Save button to save any changes you've made to the E-Ticket Design. Click the Preview button at any time to see how your PDF ticket will look.
Warning! Too much text added to the ticket can cause printing errors for customers. Limit your text to no more than 10 lines of text.
Edit Email Confirmation Design
Scroll down and click the carrot icon next to the Email Confirmation Design card.
Select the Customize the Design option to open the customization options for the email confirmation. You may add additional text to the email that your ticket buyers will receive after purchasing tickets to your event. Click Save to save any changes you've made to the email confirmation design.
