If your order was successful then a green confirmation text will appear on the checkout page that will display the email address you provided. After a purchase is successful, the system will send a confirmation email to the email address that was entered at checkout. Be aware that some email services might send these automated messages directly to junk or spam folders.
Example Ticket Confirmation Email
This email will be sent immediately after the purchase, and will be sent even if the selected ticket delivery method does not require an email of the tickets. The availability of your tickets in the order confirmation email depends upon the delivery method you selected in the cart.
Some of the most common delivery methods are:
- E-Tickets - Tickets are available to view or print from your email confirmation or order history.
- Print Now - Tickets will print automatically through a new tab. Tickets will also be available to view or print via email confirmation or order history.
- Will Call - Tickets are available for pick up at the door. Please leave adequate time for pick up.
-
Mail - Tickets are delivered via mail. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Shipping fees may apply.
What Delivery Method did I pick?
The email confirmation from a purchase will display a lot of information, including the delivery method associated with the tickets (see image above).
If the delivery method of "E-tickets" or "Print Now" is selected then a link will appear in the confirmation email that will display your tickets. From this display, you will be able to print your tickets, if necessary. The process for printing these tickets depends on the device you are using.
If the delivery method is "Will Call" then your tickets will be held for you to be used at the gate for the event. For clarification on exactly how your tickets can be picked up on the day of the event you will need to get in touch with the event creator. Contact information for the event creator can be found in the email confirmation or on the event's webpage.
If the delivery method is "Mail" then you should have been prompted to enter your shipping information at the time of order. The event creator is responsible for mailing tickets. If there is any concern that you will not receive your tickets in time then you must reach out to the event creator. Contact information for the event creator can be found in the email confirmation or on the event's webpage.
An event creator could potentially have added another type of Delivery Method of their own. If your email confirmation lists a delivery method not outlined above then you will need to reach out to the event creator if you have any questions. Contact information for the event creator can be found in the email confirmation or on the event's webpage.

I am not getting anywhere getting my tickets that I paid for
Hello, we received notice that you were looking for your ticket. We saw that you entered your email address with a typo. We fixed that and sent your tickets. I just resent them now. You can reach out for help via tickets@evvnt.com with any more concerns. Thanks!
