This is a known issue that has been occurring with some existing accounts. If this continues to be a nuisance for your user account then one option at this time is to create a new Organization User for yourself using an alternate email address. We are working on a long-term fix shortly.
To resolve the log in issue ASAP
Please reach out to our support team and be sure to include the email address for your user and the name of the organization with which it is associated. We will push a one-time fix and resend a reset password email.
