How to Make a "Skip the Line" Poster for your Event

Print and post a QR code poster at your event's entry point so anyone in line can easily buy a ticket online. By the time they get to the front of the line they will have their ticket on their phone ready to be checked in. See examples below.

1) Grab your event's link

Head to you event edit page and you can see the link to your event in the "URLs" section. If your event is a recurring event then it has a different link for each night. In those cases it may be easiest to share your organization page link (see item #6 here), or you can find individual dates links on the event edit page.

2) Make a QR code

A quick search online for "create QR code" will provide lots of options for creating a QR code. This option is fairly easy to use. Just grab the URL for your ticket sales page and paste that into the QR code generator. That will give you the QR code that can be put on a poster. You can add /tickets to the end of the URL to have the QR code load directly into the cart and bypass the events details page.

3) Drop the QR code in a poster design

Copy the "Skip the line" image below and drop it into a document. Then you can insert your QR code image into the same document and layer it on top of the poster design.
