Create a Timed-Entry Ticketed Event

One of the easiest ways to limit capacity for your event is to have timed entry tickets. This is most useful if you are holding regular tours or workshop sessions and need to limit attendance to a set number of tickets for each period of time. We have a few useful features can be used together to make your timed-entry events run smoothly.

In this example scenario we are setting up weekend tours for groups of 10. The tours will happen each Saturday and Sunday for 4 weeks, and the three tours each day at noon, 2, and 5 PM. Watch the video below to see how it can be configured in the Evvnt Ticketing system:
