Ticket buyer accounts are not fully operational at this time. We provide a ticket confirmation email with each ticket purchase, as well as a follow-up reminder 5-days before an event with a link to view tickets. We expect those to be how users access their tickets. We also have an optiont to send the ticket via text that you can access when you have successfully purchased tickets to an event.
If you need help accessing your tickets or anything else that may be provided in your ticket holder account, please submit a request here and our service team can help you get what you need. Our team can resend any confirmation emails or make updates to your user information as needed.
When a ticket holder visits a ticketing page on a ticketing site they can create a user. Having a user allows them to view existing ticket orders and review memberships, donations, payments methods, and more.
There are known issues related to duplicate ticket holder users being created. This can happen after a user purchases a ticket for the first time and then creates an account. The ticket purchase adds the user email to our system, and creating an account creates a duplicate user record in our system. This will then block the user from ever being able to login to their ticket buyer account on the ticketing site. This can make user features like memberships and credits difficult to utilize.
