Q: How does online ticketing work?
You will have an 'organization' account for selling tickets via our website using Evvnt Ticketing. Each event you create will have its own page on our site. From this URL, visitors can select tickets, pay for those tickets, and will then receive an e-ticket via email with a custom QR code for each ticket(s) purchased. You and the customer will then be able to respectively present and accept these tickets at the gate of your event, and you will have tools to communicate with these ticket customers before and after the event.
Q: Am I able to add assigned seats and floor plans?
We have a comprehensive floor plan creator for your venue and events. Once a floor plan is added to your event, you can then assign tickets with specific prices to reserved seats, tables, booths, or general admission sections that allows users to tap or click to select their item(s).
Q: What information can I gather from ticket buyers?
Every online ticket order will collect first and last name, and an email address. You can add a Registration Form to request additional information during checkout. This information can be collected per order or per ticket, and can then be downloaded from the event reports section of your event. You can also provide additional information during checkout by adding a Waiver that users must acknowledge before completing their purchase.
Q: What are the fees?
Ticketing fees are typically passed on to the ticket buyer. Fees include $1.50 per Ticket + 4% of Ticket Price + a percentage of the total transaction amount for the merchant processing fee. More details about fee calculations: How are ticket service fees calculated?
Q: How quickly can I sell tickets online for my next event?
Our team can set up an account for you within 2 business days. From there, you will have your own unique login and the ability to add the events you would like to ticket. Tickets can be set to go live immediately or at a future start date.
