Q: Where are the orders I refunded? I need to contact the users to let them know about the rescheduled event!
A: Currently, refunded orders are removed from event reports. To find those orders, you can go to "Reports" and select "Accounting". From the Accounting reports, you can select Transactions. That will list the individual refunded tickets based on the date and time they were refunded. This list will have the email address of the customer who placed the now refunded order.
