Q: Where are the orders I refunded? I need to contact the users to let them know about the rescheduled event!
A: Currently, refunded orders are removed from event reports. To find those orders, you can go to "Reports" and select "Accounting". From the Accounting reports, you can select Transactions. That will list the individual refunded tickets based on the date and time they were refunded. This list will not have the user email addresses, but you can find those by looking up the individual orders.
We understand that this is not convenient and that a refunded orders report would be beneficial to you in this moment. We are working to include a better solution in the future.
