You can create tickets that are "hidden" and will not be available for purchase online by customers. These tickets are reserved for the event creator or organization to sell in the admin web pages or the mobile box office app.
Hidden tickets are created using the normal creation method except you will uncheck the "Sell Online" option.
- Find your event and click the ellipsis drop down menu and select edit.
- Find "Ticket Settings" and expand the card by selecting the chevron.
- Add a new ticket with the "+ADD TICKET" button at the bottom or edit an existing one by selecting edit from the ellipsis drop down menu and select edit.
- Uncheck the "Sell Online" option, ensure the ticket details are correct, then press the "Save Ticket" button at the bottom.
These tickets will be hidden from view when customers purchase tickets through your organizations ticketing page. However, you will still be able to sell the tickets from the admin pages and the mobile box office app just like any other ticket.
