On-going events cannot sell in the iOS mobile box office

The mobile app (iOS) will show all tickets as "Sold Out" if it is an "on going" event in our system. Please reach out to support using the "Submit a Request" option on this page. We can help update your event so that you can use the mobile app to sell tickets at the gate of your event.
