Some new users can be created in such a way that the verification continually fails when the user is attempting to set their password. When this happens, the user will see this error, "Identity must be filled" on the "Set password" page. See below:
Workaround this issue by submitting a request to support. We can create a new user with a "+" modifier at the end of your email alias to create a new unique user with your email address.
