Some new users can be created in such a way that the verification continually fails when the user is attempting to set their password. When this happens, the user will see this error, "Identity must be filled" on the "Set password" page. See below:
Solutions
- Make sure you are logging in at https://app.evvnt.events. This is our most up-to-date URL for logging in and some errors may be present in the older login pages.
- Reach out to support on the topic "Login shows 'Identity must be filled'". We will process a solution that may help you regain access via your user. Submit a request at the top of this page to reach out.
- If all else fails, we can create a new user with your same email address with a "+" modifier at the end of your email alias to create a new unique user that should not have any issue logging in.
