Your Event and Organization Dashboard Data

Organization Dashboard

When you first login to your ticketing organization account, you will land on your desk. Here you will see a graph of daily sales that includes all ticket sales (including fees) that have taken place in the current day. This dashboard is not intended to be used for accounting purposes. You can find that detailed information in the Reports section under "Accounting". More info here: Reporting Event Data.

Event Manage Page

When you click on an event title in your list, you will be taken to that event's "Manage" page. The data on this page is does not include the fees for sales. This page will show the revenue you have earned on the ticket sales for the whole of the event, and a graph that shows the sales for that day. For more event specific reports, you can find them in the Event Reports section that is lower on the same page.
