Tickets are delivered by email immediately after purchase. This article covers how to find, print, share, and use your tickets at the event.
Where Are My Tickets?
Your tickets are in the confirmation email sent to the address you entered at checkout. Look for a View E-Tickets link in that email — it opens a printable PDF of your tickets.
Can't find the email? The most common reason is a misspelled email address at checkout. Contact us and include as much of the following as you can so we can locate your order:
- Name used on the order
- Email address used (even if you think it was misspelled)
- Last four digits of the card you paid with
- Event name and date
Do I Need to Print My Tickets?
Usually no. If you can pull up your tickets on your phone, event staff can scan the QR code from your screen. If you can't show the QR code on a device, most event hosts can look you up by name or email at the gate.
Transferring Tickets to Someone Else
Forward your confirmation email or share the View Tickets link. Anyone with that link can view and use the tickets.
What Is the QR Code For?
The QR code on your ticket is for check-in at the event. It can only be scanned by the event host's device — scanning it with your own phone won't do anything. If you can see the QR code, you're looking at your ticket and you're all set.
Ticket Holder Accounts
Ticket holder accounts are available on some ticketing sites but are not required. Your confirmation email and pre-event reminder (sent 5 days before the event) are the main ways to access your tickets. If you need help accessing anything in your account, contact us and we can assist.
