Evvnt is the ticketing platform behind your ticket purchase. We process the transaction and deliver your tickets — but the event itself is run by the event host, not by us.

For most questions — refunds, event details, schedule changes, accessibility — contact your event host directly. Their contact info is at the bottom of the event page.

How Evvnt Support Can Help

We can look up orders, resend tickets, and explain charges. To find your order, we need at least one of the following:

• Order confirmation number
• Email address used at checkout
• Your name and the event name or date
