Tickets are delivered immediately after checkout to the email address entered during purchase. If you don’t have your tickets with you, event staff can usually look up your order at the gate using their mobile box office app.
In most cases, tickets can be found by name or email address. If needed, you may be asked to show a valid photo ID to confirm the order.
If you can’t find your tickets before the event
The most common reason tickets aren’t received is a misspelled email address at checkout, which prevents delivery.
If you contact us for help, include as much of the following as possible so we can quickly locate your order:
- Name used on the order
- Email address used (even if you think it may be misspelled)
- Last four digits of the credit card used
- Date and amount of the charge
- Event name and location
- Phone number (if you’d like tickets sent by text)
Providing the last four digits of the card is especially helpful and allows us to find your order even if the name or email was entered incorrectly.
What if my event is today?
No need to panic. In most cases, the event host can find your order at the door using your name or email. If you don’t have your tickets with you, arrive a little early and bring a photo ID.
Need more help?
If you email us, we typically respond within 24 hours and can resend tickets by email or text once your order is located.

I am not getting anywhere getting my tickets that I paid for
Hello, we received notice that you were looking for your ticket. We saw that you entered your email address with a typo. We fixed that and sent your tickets. I just resent them now. You can reach out for help via tickets@evvnt.com with any more concerns. Thanks!
