When a ticket buyer has selected their tickets, they will need to select a delivery method before they can enter payment information. You can add a new delivery method or edit the existing delivery methods available for your events in your organization settings page. You can also set what delivery methods are available for a specific event.
Add or edit available delivery methods
Navigate to the Settings tab in the lefthand menu and select the Organization Settings card to access the settings for your organization. Then you can expand the "Delivery Methods" card. Any item that is checked here will be a delivery method available for any new event. You can also use the "+" button to add a new delivery method.
Edit available delivery methods for an event
You can also add of remove any existing delivery methods from a particular event. Simply head to the event "Edit" page and look for the delivery methods card. Any delivery method selected here will be an option for customers buying tickets to this event.
